The team possesses experience in representation of owners of their right and enforcing those rights in Indonesia.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & TELECOMMUNICATION
In order to anticipate the rapid growth of technology, JLC has developed an Information Technology and Telecommunication Practice Group. The team advises on all aspect of information technology and telecommunication including investment, regulation, and licensing.

- Preparing, drafting, reviewing loan syndicate, offshore / onshore.
- Negotiating secured and/or non-secured transactions.
- Preparing and perfecting all type of security documentation (mortgage, pledge, and any other liens or encumbrances).

The Property Practice Group advises on all types of property transactions such as :

Members of the group have represented various types of clients and matters including corporate and shareholders’ disputes, contraction litigation, employment litigation, insolvency, and bankruptcy, insurance litigation, intellectual property disputes, property disputes, marital and inheritance. The group also handles domestic as well as international arbitration proceedings under various types of international arbitration rules such as International Chamber of Commerce.
